Subject: 5/3 PLC notes

all patrols were accounted for

CAMPOUT
the scouts were a little late leaving
the trailer blew a tire due to weather
the weather was pretty bad on the way down there
some of the tents were sitting in mud
canoeing was alright except the wind made it difficult
some scouts were not pre-pared
no open areas for fires
they left a little late due to some car problems

the lock-in is on saturday the 15th instead of friday the 14th
