    Nov 22nd --- Normal Troop Meeting
          Winter Camp sign up.
          Winter camp is Dec 27-31 at Camp Cherokee
          Great chance to climb, ride horses, fish,
          work on merit badges, and have a fun time.
          Fee: $100 due at sign-up

    Nov 29  --- Troop Meeting -- Popcorn money due
    Dec 2   - Crime Prevention merit badges

    Early Dec  Philmont orientation meeting

     Report presented by Dan in Kathy's absence.

 2. PLC - Jimmy McCarthy

    Did last PLC at Tony Romas

    Issues from last campout:
    Cleaning dishes and keeping the camp site clean
         during the weekend (before packing on Sunday)
    Need duty rosters posted at campouts.

    Evan Bausch needs to work with Mr Steger to get PLC minutes
    on web.  Need a health and safety officer

 3. Roundtable - Craig Christensen

    Roundtable in December is a pot luck dinner on Dec 9.
    Speaker on Military Order of World Wars - Clifford Way

    Explorer Post 77 has 22 sailing boats at Lake Ray
    Hubbard that could be borrowed for Troop activities.

 4. Camping - Dennis McCarthy

    November campout went well -- All shot their fill.

     $100 dollars are due on Monday for Winter Camp.

     o Dec 27-31   - Winter Camp - Adults
     o Jan 14-16   - Backpacking campout - Fox Patrol
     o Feb 25-27   - Pre-camporee campout - Shark Patrol
           Possibly inviting webelos for day
           activities (10:00AM - 3:00PM)
     o Mar 18-20   - District Camporee - Adults
     o Apr 15-17   - Family campout - Adults
          Bonham State Park

       Jimmy McCarthy and John Benavides are coordinating
       this campout; Dave Knust is leading the cooking.
       First campout for new first years.  Possible activities:
             Fire building
             Compass
       We have a capacity for 100 Cabins -- Same as Fort Parker

     o May 14-16   - Canoeing Campout - Badger
     o June       - Philmont preparatory backpacking campout

         Ouachita Trail - Crew leader and Dennis will organize

     o Philmont 2005 - John Benavides - July 6-18, 2005 (Travel time
                                      not included)
       Next payments due to Philmont:
           March 1, 2005 - $222.50

     o Summer camp - Date - Brian Moore

 5. Meetings - Bob Centola

   Nothing to report
   Safe scouting presentation for scouts next troop meeting.

   Dennis would like to do a short talk on camping footwear.

 6. Leadership - Rick Montgomery

   Having an assistant patrol leader election in December.
   Jr. Leadership training class in January.

 7. Advancement - Bonnie Branch
      o Eagles - Pat Kelly

   CJ Davis has completed Eagle

       Justin Lundy just joined - Assigned to the Badgers
